Yes. You can accommodate this challenge to your dietary preferences. I include plenty of vegan options in the food lists and you can sub out any of the proteins in the dishes for a vegan protein option such as tofu, tempeh, seitan, etc.
Yes. I will be emailing you each day with tips and motivation during the challenge and you can always hit reply if you have any questions so I can support you!
Yes, whole fruits are allowed, and preferably paired with other foods. We will be avoiding fruit juice and dried fruit.
